Hi all, had an email from the Home Office requesting extra documents in regard to my Universal Credit. So we know they are looking at it.

But the line that confuses me is that it said thanks for your application for Indefinite Leave to Remain??? I thought it would say Further leave to remain as ILR don't come till after 5 years. We only payed £1,053 + NHS charge back in February.

An oversight or they processing it wrong? Thanks

Anthony

Did you inform Universal Credit of the change in your circumstances?

It should say Further Leave to Remain.
