Hello! Call me crazy (think I am just overwhelmed at the moment!) but it does go......Spousal visa ( fiancee) then marriage visa, then the third visa then final visa correct? I did my initial visa to get here and was accepted Oct 2017 then after we were married I did my next visa. Now it is almost two and a half years later and I am on the next one. I DO have one more after this? Is that correct? For some reason, I feel my brain just exploded with overload and I felt I was doing an extra visa!!! Thank you to anyone who replies because your help here has been a godsend and it does not go unnoticed from a person suffering already with anxiety!
Secondly, do I need to complete my visa application before I make an appointment for document scanning and biometrics? Are these done in the same place? For some reason, I feel all my knowledge has gone out the window! Thank you!
Your first visa, the fiancee visa is officially called a marriage visa.
Then you got Further Leave to remain. FLR(M)
Now at the 2.5 year mark you need another FLR(M)
At 5 years you apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain ILR.
Once you have ILR you can apply for citizenship if you want to.
Yes, you complete the application frist. But make sure you are ready with all your documents in hand before you submit.
