There was staff and a child at another "day camp" in my hometown too. I think it's really important for kids to have socialising and classes, but I don't know how all the under funded tiny poorly ventilated schools can possibly do it safely. Maybe if they could convince kids to wear visors and wash hands often? I really don't know.
