Name on materials for FLR application

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping you can help with with the above query.

I know the UKVI are quite strict when it comes to names on materials submitted as evidence with visa applications.

My BRP and US passport have my maiden name.
BUT
My mail, job contract and payslips, proof of accommodation would have my married last  name.

Is this going to be an issue for my application?

You will provide your marriage certificate which will explain the different names.

Also- kind of on a related note - I’ve been living at my current address since January this year but JUST changed the address listed on my payslip (completely forgot about it). So all of my payslips (apart from 2 - Nov, Dec) will have my old address. Would this be an issue with UKVI?

I'm sure this happens all the time but it wouldn't hurt to explain it, just as you have here, somewhere in the application. It won't be an issue.
