I'm a dual national (UKC/USC), married to a USC and living in TN, USA - we're planning to start the spousal visa application process in Spring 2021, and I'm looking forward to coming home. My husband has joined this community already and I thought I'd come along and support him - share the reading load etc.
We went through the immigration process (opposite direction) in 2012, a lot of hoops to jump through and finally became a USC in 2017. He's planning to retire next year, which will lift a lot of time restrictions, but we have a ton of family in the UK and want to be closer to them. I still have a house there and we'll have decent retirement funds so I'm hoping there won't be too many obstacles.
