Depending upon what exactly you do, I would suspect that if you aren't in London, you will have a much harder time. Find out what the local trade journals and organizations are. My guess is that's where the jobs will be advertised. If you're fairly new to the field, you could also try visiting some of the fashion departments (at universities/colleges) and seeing if they have job listings.
