FLR (M)

I cannot believe we are reaching this next visa. My wife's visa expires in January. We are looking to renew in November/Early December.

I am looking at having evidence for accommodation and wasn't quite sure what I need, we bought a flat just before lockdown so we are not 100% sure what we need. There are the things I have/think I may need. I would appreciate some feedback on this?

Need to get

- Mortgage statement (Can we just request one of these from our bank and get it mailed to us?)
- Land Registry/Title deeds (Do I request these things from the bank also or just order copies of them online?)

I have got

- Council tax letter in both names

You need proof of ownership so that would be the land registry document which can usually be bought online for £3. If there have been delays due to Covid and yours is not yet available, you should provide whatever official documentation you received at the time of purchase from your lawyer.

If you have not received a mortgage statement (I believe they are often issued annually) and the bank can't provide one, I would again send whatever they have already given you already.

And the council tax bill which you have.
