You would be considered the EEA family member as a relevant person of Northern Ireland. For my application, I included my spouse's birth certificate proving they were born in NI, their British Passport, and their Irish Passport to provide their 'Proof of the identity and nationality'. Also I included my spouse's father's British passport to prove that they meet all of the requirements of 'relevant person of Northern Ireland'(one parent has to be either British or Irish).

I submitted one bank statement from my husband's bank account and one bank statement from our joint account. This proves that we have been living in NI together at some point in the last 6 months.

In order to accept a period of absence of more than six months and up to twelve months, the following evidence would be required:
