Change of Address questions

Really quick question... on this form:

Question 5 asks what type of visa I have... I have a spousal visa, and I have my Biometrics Residence card...
I don't know if the listed options are the correct ones, or if I should just fill out "OTHER" and write "spousal Visa"

Also, are there any other things I need to do that I'm forgetting in terms of my Visa when moving apartments? I just want to make sure there's no reason EVER to be denied or penalized

Probably easier just to fill out the online form instead. I know it doesn’t direct you there, but several people have used it recently with no issues:

In fact, I have a feeling someone recently tried to update their address using the paper form and was told they needed to do it online instead.
