Your documents look good.

The only things I see missing are:
- Wife's BRP card (kind of an important one!)
The following are optional but recommended as they may ask to see them:
- job contract
- latest P60

Just to confirm, does the May 15th payslip explicitly cover the date of May 15th? I.e. was it issued on May 15th, for the month April 16th - May 15th?

Getting a copy of my contract would be no problem, I am sure I can find my p60 somewhere too.

May payslip covers May 1st -May 30th, my letter regarding my payslips clarify that I am paid two weeks in a arrears and to weeks in advance.

May payslip covers May 1st -May 30th, my letter regarding my payslips clarify that I am paid two weeks in a arrears and to weeks in advance.

What is the exact date printed on the payslip?

Does it explicitly state on it that it covers May 1st to May 30th? Does it have May 15th printed on it anywhere? Or is it just dated May 30th?

If it explicitly covers May 1st -30th, that's fine.

If it has May 15th printed on it, that's fine.

If it only has May 30th printed on it, you will need the April 15th payslip and bank statement as well... because if it only has May 30th printed in it, they will not consider the 6 months to start until May 30th, and end on November 30th, which means you won't meet the financial requirement as your payslips will not cover a full 6 months.

If it has May 15th printed on it, that's fine.

They do just that. May 15th is the pay date on each payslips and my letter explicitly says it covers the whole month (two weeks in arrears and two weeks in advance)

With the information above, I do believe that 15th May to November 15th should cover the 6 months?

That's fine :).

The important thing is the date printed on the payslip, because that is the date they will use to calculate the 6 months, regardless of what the letter says.

Yep, you should be fine - was just checking to make sure the payslips definitely met the requirement.
