Members please check the above checklist if I'm missing any documents from the list.

A quick query :
Tenancy agreement is the name of Applicant, Sponsor and Sponsor mother. 3 names in the Tenancy agreement. Our accommodation is 2 bedrooms flat, it includes 2 bedroom,2 toilets,1 living room and 1 kitchen.

In such case do I have to include the property inspection report and HM land registry, I guess HM land registry is not require for a tenant having tenancy agreement ?

Is it mandatory to submit the employment contract of Applicant and Sponsor because applicant has employment contract but the sponsor don't have employment contract?

Does either the applicant or the sponsor earn enough through their job to meet the financial requirement on their own?  If so, only use that person's financial documents.  Don't use both unless you have to to meet the threshold.

You don't need three separate letters from employers.  You can have one letter (from each employer) stating the details of the employment and salary, and in that same letter it can confirm that the payslips are genuine, if needed.  A stamp is not necessary, so you don't need a letter stating that they don't have one.

What are the dates on your payslips?  Do they span six FULL months?  This often requires seven (7) or more payslips.
Do the dates of the bank statements span the same six FULL months as the payslips and show all of the relied-on wages being paid in?

You only need to show your current tenancy agreement to show that the applicant will have some place to live when the visa is granted.  You don't need the past five years of tenancy agreements.

You might need the sponsor's mother to sign the third declaration as a third party whose information will be submitted to UKVI, but I'm not certain of that.

You don't need 12 dates of proof of cohabitation correspondence.  You need six dates of them.  So, half as many, spread out evenly over the time asked for.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

Sponsor earn more than £18600/-, I will show sponsor only.

asked the employer to mention in one letter.

Yes bank statements and payslips dates, amount matches correctly all six months.

You only need to show your current tenancy agreement to show that the applicant will have some place to live when the visa is granted.  You don't need the past five years of tenancy agreements.

Ok will showing 2.5 years then

You might need the sponsor's mother to sign the third declaration as a third party whose information will be submitted to UKVI, but I'm not certain of that.
Third declaration, I need to do research more that now.

will remove few cohabitation correspondence.

A quick query to the members,

My tenancy agreement dose not says how many bedrooms and other rooms are, will it be a problem ?

Shall I get a cover letter from Landlord to confirm that flat got 2 bedrooms,1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathroom and 2 toilet?

If it is only you and your partner living in the flat, then you do not need a cover letter stating number of rooms, as there is no way that the property could be overcrowded, since you only need 1 available room to live in.
