When can we apply for ILR(M)

Hello,
Hope everyone is doing well!!

Just want to get my dates right so I can forget about all this for a while.

First spouse visa
Issued 03/10/2017
Entered UK on 12/10/2017
Visa expired 03/07/2020

FLR(M)
Applied 07/06/2020
Visa issued 09/09/2020
Valid until 04/04/2023

You can apply for ILR up to 28 days before you reach 5 years in the UK.

You will reach 5 years on 12th October 2022, so the earliest you can apply for ILR is 14th September 2022 and the latest you can apply is 4th April 2023 (the expiry date of your new BRP).

So you have a nice long window between 14th Sept 2022 and 4th April 2023 to apply :).
