2020 IRS return - phone number to use when using Fedex

I am starting my 2020 US tax return and I was checking to see if the IRS postal address, etc. to use when submitting 2555 and using Fedex is still the same as previous years.

I see it is still

but it is difficult to get up to date confirmation on what phone number to use for the Fedex shipping document.  I typically use (512)460-7944 which was on a 2011 IRS document when the US embassy in London was at Grosvenor Square.  Is this still the one to use or is there a new and better one?
