Another decade and another bit of the bodywork disintegrates. Yesterday I had arthroscopic knee surgery to repair a badly torn cartilage. “Menisectomy” is the wording on the letter to my GP from the surgeon yesterday.  I’ve now had surgeries to do a fillet of toe, a discectomy,  2 shoulder decompressions plus 2 menisectomies (I had the same surgery on my other knee 25 years ago).

Depends who you talk to and how close to the deadline you are larrabee - but I like to think HMRC officers, by and large are mostly doing their best!!
