Can UKC travel to US with USC?

Hello,

I am a USC and my fiance is a UKC. I am trying to figure out if he can travel with me to the USA under the covid restrictions? At Christmas he didn't travel to the USA with me, but I remember at the airport there were UKC traveling with USC therefore I thought there might be some sort of exception for family/partners?

Exceptions are for spouses and parents of US citizens, not fiancés - airlines are checking marriage certificates.

As you're not married he unfortunately cannot.

Do you have any children together? He can travel as the parent of a USC, as Cityplanner said.

Scope of Suspension and Limitation on Entry.

(a)  Section 1 of this proclamation shall not apply to:

(i)     any lawful permanent resident of the United States;

(ii)    any noncitizen national of the United States;

(iii)   any noncitizen who is the spouse of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident;

(iv)    any noncitizen who is the parent or legal guardian of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, provided that the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident is unmarried and under the age of 21;
