Earliest I can apply for ILR

Hello everyone.

Need advise please. What is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?

I am on spouse visa 5 years route. I entered in UK on 2nd April 2017according to immigration stamp.  My BRP valid until 7th August 2022. I was out of the UK on two different occasions. One for 21 days in 2019 and second one for 14 days in 2019.

The date you can apply for ILR is dependent ONLY on the date you first arrived in the U.K. on your spousal visa.

You can apply for ILR up to 28 days before you reach 5 years in the U.K.

If you arrived here on 2nd April 2017, then you will reach 5 years on 2nd April 2022... and you can apply for ILR 28 days before that, on 5th March 2022.

So your window to apply for ILR will be:
5th March 2022 to 7th August 2022

And you can submit your online application on any day between those 2 dates.

Yes, as long as the priority service is offered when you submit the online application and pay for the visa, you can use it when you apply... so any time between 5th March 2022 and the expiry date of your BRP.

At the moment, though, they are only offering the Super Priority Service for a limited number of applications due to Covid restrictions, but this may have changed by next year.
