Hi all,
I submitted my spouse visa 3 weeks ago (with priority settlement) and had my biometrics appointment 2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation that my documents were delivered via UPS and also got an email saying that my visa application was forwarded to UKVI.
I'm curious if anyone knows if there's a way to check on the status of the visa processing? Should I wait until the expected processing time (30 working days) is up before trying to contact?
I ask because when you apply for a visa or green card in the US, if you call to inquire about your visa status, they pull your documents and it actually might slow down your processing. Wondering if it's the same for the UK process. As far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be a website where I can input my GWF number to see the status (or is there?). Thanks!
