Antigen test before flight back to UK
« on: January 02, 2022, 03:58:59 PM »
I have an antigen test from Qured to take before my flight back to the UK. Will that test require the video consultation, or can I just take it and upload the results without the video consult? Could not find any UK govt documentation that says a test with video consult was required.

TIA

The UK doesn't require video consultation.  We arrived back in the UK today and did self-tests with no video consultation.

We booked our Day 2 tests with Randox at the Radisson Blu near Heathrow.  £50 after a £5 discount code.  We took the tests about 8:45am and got our results less than 12 hours later.  It's a bit more expensive than some of the tests that come through the mail, but we felt the quick result was worth the extra cost.  There are testing facilities at Heathrow, but they were more expensive so we opted for the 10 minute drive to the Radisson.

I didn't even think of booking the day 2 tests at/near the airport. I have a Qured test alresdy paid for and booked, which hopefully should be waiting for me when we get back to our house.
