US Stock Options

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum. I moved to the UK 4 years ago. I have some questions specific to US Pre-IPO stock options (tech startup) while residing in the UK. Would love to hear if you've had any experience with this.

• I'm trying to learn how best to optimize options while being a UK resident but beneficiary of US stock options? Have you come across any good resources such as blog posts, etc?
• If you are married, are you knowledgeable of the ownership status benefits when it comes to stock options?
• if you’re still filing US taxes, do you have knowledge of 83(b) elections for early exercise of stock options?
• Any good wealth manager or a tax advisor you'd recommend who has experience in this area?
