second guessing cohabitation evidence for ILR
« on: February 06, 2022, 09:21:54 AM »
I didnt submit the ILR application yesterday s I started second-guessing our cohabitation evidence dates!

I will submit around 9th Feb so assuming we dont have much if any mail for Feb, the 30 month period we need to cover goes back to July 2019? I ha collected the following but assume that won't be acceptable because the month  aren't what they're looking for? (I had started this way back and was going to submit it in January hence choesing these months:

Husband - BT Phone Bill - 2 February 2022
Wife -Statement of Fees HSBC UK -30 January 2022

Joint - Savings Account Statement HSBC UK - 25 December 2021

Husband - NHS Screening Letter NHS Bowel Screening - 29 July 2021
Wife - Hospital Letter NN University Hospital - 28 July 2021

Joint - Savings Account Statement HSBC UK - 25 February 2021

Joint - Savings Account Statement HSBC UK - 7 September 2020

Wife - NHS Screening Letter NHS Cervical Screening - 29 April 2020
Husband - Options Letter Scottish Widows - 17 April 2020

Wife - Pet insurance Letter - M&S Pet Insurance - 6 November 2019
Husband - Retirement Options Letter AEGON  - 1 November 2019

wife - Hospital Letter NN University Hospital - 24 June 2019
Husband - Medical Insurance Letter Towergate Health & Protection -12 June 2019

Many thanks for your help...

You can use what you have already and just include that extra document from the end of Jan/beginning of Feb... so that you are simply covering an extra month at the beginning of the 2.5 years by starting everything in June instead of July.

Or if you prefer, you can adjust all of your months by one, but that means collecting all the cohabitation evidence again so that you have something from each of the following months:
July 2019
December 2019
May 2020
October 2020
March 2021
August 2021
January 2022
