« on: April 21, 2022, 10:59:50 AM »
My wife become British citizen and she got her first British passport on May 2020. I (husband) having indefinite leave to remain (ILR) issued on Jun 2021.

Am I eligible to apply British citizenship immediately ?

A spouse of a British citizen does not have to wait one year. These can apply as soon as they are granted ILR, as long as the other criteria is met.

My employment letter is signed but it's written 'PP' next to the signature, Is PP signature legal?

Will Home Office accept it?

After getting my certificate of British Citizenship, I must submit my biometric residence permit (BRP) back to Home office within 5 working days that means I will not be able to travel around Asian countries until I get British passport.

Is that correct ?
