ILR (FINALLY!)
« on: June 05, 2022, 07:45:19 PM »
Hi y'all! Haven't been around in a while but it's time for me to do my ILR application. I have a nice long time before it expires (thanks to COVID) but we want to buy property and having ILR makes it easier/possible. I'm all set to click apply but I'm waiting on one pesky bank statement so won't click until maybe Monday? Just want to check my documents if that's all okay :)

- My passport and BRP
- Husband's passport
- Daughter's UK passport, birth certificate and piece of post dated in April
- Spouse declaration
- Life in UK test reference number
- 7 months payslips (digital, printed out)
- Letter authenticating payslips
- 6 months bank statements (waiting on May's to make 7)
- Employer's letter (he doesn't have a contract)
- Lease agreement
- Current council tax bill
- Post dated:
17/05/22- Me- Barclays Bank statement (separate account and not the one used for income requirement)
07/05/22- Husband- Letter from Admiral
2/03/22- Me- Letter from 3
05/03/22- Husband- Santander- statement for the Junior ISA for our daughter which is under my husband's name
25/10/21- Me- Student loan letter from USA, address is fully correct.
05/10/21- Husband- Letter from Legal and General
19/05/21- Me- Pension letter
24/05/21- Husband- Pension letter (different company)
05/01/21- Husband- Santander- statement for the 123 mini account for our daughter which is currently under my husband's name
04/01/21- Me- IRS letter, address is fully correct
05/08/20- both- council tax bill
08/06/20- Me- HMRC letter
12/06/20- Husband- Energy bill
15/01/20- Me- Letter from Midwives
12/01/20- Husband- Energy bill
So

Anything I'm missing? Do the gaps in post seem okay? I've got weird gaps so that's why I've done some extra bits.

Thanks as always

Oh yes of course! I had forgotten to stack it as it's huge and I keep it in a drawing pad

Thanks Larrabee

Got it! And the closest biometrics was in Croydon for £132 on the 23rd but I've opted for the easier option of Chelmsford on the 8th for free. Shame we don't live 5 mins away like we used to!
