H&R Block Activation issues

Evening.
My husband is trying to file from the UK for the first time and is using The expat H&R Block. He's inputted information but can't complete as he keeps getting asked to enter an activation code he's been sent, but he's received no code. When asking to re-send the activation code, he gets the same e-mail with a link to activate his account which then asked for an activation code he's been sent, but hasn't.

Has anyone had this issues and knows how we can resolve it? He's getting rather stressed about it all on top of his normal tax stresses!

Have you tried to email their contact email address and ask? I found them very helpful and usually quick to respond.
