Question first: when my daughter in law submitted her application it stated that she would receive an email within 7-10 days to advise whether she can use the app or whether she needs to book an appointment. She hasnt received any email but the portal allows her t book an appointment. Does this mean he wont receive an email and she should just book an appointment or should she just keep waiting in the hopes that an email appears soon!??

Sense check on document submission please: (I know the correspondence is more than they request but we had to fudge the dates a bit to get it to cover the full 2.5 years so some are a little closer together than they request)

Thanks you KFdancer - correct no children or prior marriages :)

Any thoughts on whether she should go ahead and book an appointment or keep on waiting and see if an email appears  about using the app, even though they are now beyond the timescale they stated?
