Hi all - we’re celebrating today…my ILR application was approved! I owe a sincere debt of gratitude to the many people on this forum who have replied and and answered my questions over the years. Thank you.

I paid for super priority processing and had an appointment at the premium lounge in London. My approval came about three hours after my appointment finished. FWIW to others, i found the premium lounge to be comfortable, friendly, and efficient. I had them scan most of my documents which took far less time than I would have spent at home.

Next stop: citizenship! Thank you again for the help along the way!

Congratulations!!!!   [smiley=balloon.gif] [smiley=balloon.gif] [smiley=balloon.gif]

Congratulations!!!!!!

Citizenship feels too easy after visa applications.  And you can still travel and keep your passport and everything!  It's like you are a grown up!
