- 7 months of bank statements showing savings of more than £34,600 held in an account for over 6 months and immediately available.
- Declaration explaining the source of these funds and that they are immediately available.

- Original Title Deed
Evidence of monthly housing costs
- latest mortgage statement, if you have a mortgage
- latest council tax bill

OR (you don’t need two letters if the address of both children is confirmed in one letter)
