Mail question for ILR
« on: July 25, 2022, 03:01:08 PM »
Hi could someone sense check the timings and documents I’m including with my ilr application?

Recieved flr visa the 29 of feb 2020

April 2020- council tax
July 2020-  electric bill in both names(for April to July)
September 2020- new lease(moved)
Jan 2021- council tax bill
April 2021- new lease(moved)
July 2021-  water bill in my name(he is listed as additional account holder) and a sky bill in his name
October 2021-  missing documents
Jan 2022- missing documents
April- new lease (current property)
June/July-  council tax change of dd bill

For the missing documents could I just bank statements for that time? Should I reorder timing?  Happy for all suggestions!

They ask for 6 joint equivalent which works out as one joint equivalent every 5 months for 2.5 years.   You can fill in any gaps with bank statements, yes, you only need 3 different sources.

Is the sky bill ok? Only one I have in his name.

So new order maybe should be

March 2020- council tax
Sept 2020- new lease
Jan 2021- council tax chnage of dd bill
June 2021- water bill my name(with him named as additional account holder) and sky bill for him
September 2021- electric in my name , sky in his name
Jan 2022- water bill my name(he is additional account holder) and sky bill for him
April 2022- council tax bill or new lease

Do I need something up to June or July?
