Date of ILR is the same as date of BRP?

Just to confirm. the date we were officially granted ILR is the date that is on the BRP sent to us after being approved for ILR? That date is 13 September 2021. Therefore, I can submit our application for citizenship tomorrow, yes? We meet the residency requirements and have been present in the UK on 14 September for the past 6 years.
