BRP delivery

Hey,

My ILR got approved on Sunday and my BRP delivery came today, except TNT didn't ring my bell and I received an email to rearrange delivery.
Tried calling TNT customer service to get a note added (something like ring the bell when I arrive), but not only did they redirected me to the automated call, the second time they told me they answered my question and hung up the phone.
Has anyone experience this issue before?
