I was wondering in my husbands situation (he was successful for spouse visa outwith the U.K.) his BRP expires 21 Dec, are we able to apply now? It’s just with the whole ILR calculations as I’ve read before that some people applied too early and then had to pay another visa fee… has anyone applied for their extension this early? Because we’d be looking at doing it November 2 if we were able to but we don’t want to be short with ILR.
And also, say we did apply early Nov, would I just need bank statements/payslips as below:
