Citizenship Documents - Am I missing one???

Hi there! I have submitted my online application and am now uploading documents. I have uploaded:
My passport
My BRP
My husband's passport
Our marriage certificate
Two referee forms
[No Life in the UK Test because I'm over 65!]

BUT!!! I notice that some time ago, I wrote down that I would also need a form called 'Family Consent for Verification Checks". But I did not get such a form when I downloaded the forms during the online application process...  or I didn't see it!? Maybe we don't need that one anymore?

Am I missing a form???  If so, how do I access it now?

Plus - and I think other people have asked this - the categories on the Sopra Seria site for uploading seem a little off for Citizenship so I have put most forms in the "Other" category. I hope that's okay?

No consent forms for citizenship, and the category choices are pretty visa generic. With so little information to submit, I’m sure you’ll be fine
