UK Pension, living in UK IRS filing

Hoping someone can help me here.
I am a UK/US citizen living in the UK and have just got a pension from the NHS and another from the Teachers Pension Scheme - paying tax on both to HMRC.
I can't find any forms to declare these on our IRS tax returns.
I won't owe any tax to the US but just need to know which forms to submit with out IRS tax return.
Please could anyone advise.
