Currently working through an ILR with my wife.
On the Visa and Visa extension we had submitted an explanation to confirm how we were confident that we reached the financial requirement - this was mainly due to my previously being on an hourly rate rather than a salary.
Since Jan 2021 i have been on a salaried contract that is well above the financial requirement.
In this instance, as the salary exceeds the requirement, do i still need to complete a calculation or summary of how I feel confident that i meet the requirement?
