Mother's family name is her maiden surname.

So questions that remain are:

• Is it okay to put a rough guess (ie first of the month) when I moved into a place? I lived in one place from 2015-2019, but I can't remember the exact day when I moved into this place
• "Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?" Yes, because that's my visa process? Just the question sits a bit weird with me for some reason, especially when it asks for when fingerprints/biometrics were taken and I can't remember the exact days of all of them
• Does it matter if the city/council that I put down at the beginning of the application is the same place where I do my eventual naturalisation ceremony?

Again, any help is super beloved and appreciated!

To save having to guess on  your application, have you tried looking through your emails and previous posts on here?

I'm only guessing, but I think it could matter. Your naturalisation certificate is sent to the council, for them to give you when you become a British Citizen. Will they have to send that back to the HO if you then don't have your ceremony with that council? You could ask your council what they will have to do?

You have to attend your ceremony within 3 months-

Telephone the local authority, using the number on your invitation, to arrange your ceremony. Do this as soon as possible. However, you should note that it may take up to 2 working days for the local authority to receive your documentation. You will not be a British citizen until you have attended the ceremony. Please do not wait more than 14 days from the date you receive your invitation letter. The ceremony must take place within three months. The local authority will need time to arrange it.

Can you wait until you know where you will be living? You said in your opening post on 29 October that "my budget can't afford if it goes up in price again" but the price had already gone up on the 4th October.

I have tried to go through all my emails, but I can't find the exact move in date. I will try my posts on here just in case which is a good shout. But I haven't been able to find the exact date yet.

That makes sense! I thought it mattered (because, obviously, why else would they ask it) but I couldn't find a clear answer online when I Googled for more info. I can wait for a little bit just to see. I do have enough to cover the current cost, but I just am concerned about it going up again and being priced out if it's a staggering amount. I know it's a bit of a worrywort moment.

I mostly wanted to get the ball rolling so I can actually get this sorted before my move otherwise I fear that it will be pushed to the side for other day to day concerns. Because I'm not 100% when I'm moving, would it be a decent idea to pick a potential third party place? I know roughly where I will be living, not exactly, but I could easily travel to like another place nearby both where I'm currently living and the area we think we're gunna be.
