Evening All,
Wondered if anyone could help...we got married last year, but my wife didn't change her name due to the amount we travelled to the US. She is now pregnant and we're going to take the opportunity to change her surname since we won't be going back for a while.
Does anyone know how she goes about it, the SSA say they need the marriage certificate with her name change, but obviously the marriage certificate is her current surname - we're not sure what we're meant to do first?
Any help will be appreciated
