Final IRL Document Checklist -- *cue usual panic*
« on: December 11, 2023, 03:33:24 PM »
Here is my final document list for my IRL app which I'll be making in the next few days.  My last payslip is dated 24th November, and we don't have any children:

Application Documents:

* My 2 passports, old and new, all pages scanned
* Signed sponsor's declaration (don't have this yet as I'm not that far on the online app but know we will include this)
* Life in the UK Test pass number
(Exempt from langage test)

Proof of Identity/Travel History

* Husband's passport, all pages scanned
* My BRP card

Finances:  (I'm using only my income to meet the requirement.)

* 7 months of payslips (I did April -Nov, so have one extra just in case)
* 7 months of bank slips showing deposit of salary  (statements ordered directly by post from HSBC)
* Employer letter verifying my salary, payslips, and dates of deposits.  Signed by our COO.
* Latest P60 which is for April 2022.  (Is this the latest one?  It's the latest one available on our Sage payslip portal at work.)

I do not have a job contract, as I don't sign a new one yearly.  I do have the original one which was for a different position and lower salary, but it's five years old so I don't think I should inlude it.

Residence in the UK:
* Current lease agreement in both names.  (This was signed in October for a lease renewal.  It renews 29th November.  Should I include any previous ones as well?  I'm not sure if the idea is to prove co-habitation and residence in UK for just now, or if it needs to cover the last 2.5 years like the post does.)
* Latest council tax bill, joinly addressed.  (March 2023.)

Items of post including:

Nov 2023: Mobile phone bill in husband’s name, HSBC bank statement in my name

June 2023: Jointly addressed water bill

Jan 2023: Letter from doctor’s surgery in husband's name (not from NHS,) statement from PNC bank in my name (re: US student loan)

Aug 2022: HSBC advise of funds transfer in my name

•   Husband  has HSBC credit card statement from July with a message on it about going paperless in August.  He switched back to paper but Aug was missed in the meantime.  I will address this in the cover letter.

June 2022 jointly addressed water bill

March 2022: Jointly addressed council tax statement

Oct 2021: Letter from NHS for husband, letter from NHS for me

June 2021 BT bill in husband’s name

May 2021: Mobile Phone  bill in husband’s name, statement from PNC bank in my name

Other:

* Marriage certificate with official translation (Japanese to English)

Am I forgetting anything, or is it all systems go?

Thank you SO SO much, this forum has been an inredible resource over the years, and I truly couldn't have done it without your help!
