ILR Checklist!

Hi there!

I can't believe it's actually time to finally apply for ILR - I have read this forum plenty of times but thought I'd at least write here for one last time witha checklist and a couple of questions just to have that piece of mind that everything is in order! I would appreciate any feedback you guys may have!


Background history:
Arrived in the UK on the fiance visa on Feb 2019
1st FRL granted on 15/05/2019
2nd FRL granted on 29/11/2021
These dates are all from my BRP (place and date of issue)

Assuming I take into account these dates then does it mean I can apply for my IRL from April 17th 2024?
Is the financial requeriments for savings still at £34.600? We applied through this last time and would like to apply using our savings.
Are declaration forms still a thing? I have heard now it's only 1 for IRL? Does my husband still need to write one himself?


Document Checklist
Current passport
Husband's passport
Current BRP
English test Grade 5 GESE (Level B1.1) from Trinity College London
Life in the UK test

Accommodation
Land Registry document
Latest mortgage statement
Latest council tax statement

Finances
Bank statement signed and stamped by bank covering our savings

Relationship
Marriage certificate
6 pieces of correspondence each or 3 joint for the last 2.5 years (since the month my 2nd FLR was granted and every couple of months?)


Is this really everything I need to apply with? It all sounds so little compared to when i first started this process back in 2019!

I see that I am very late to this post (I have not logged into uk yankee in a while). Did you begin your application/do you still need any help?
