Hi all
Been a while, hope everyone is well.
Tre moved to the UK on 3rd October 2019, so we're looking to get everything lined up ready for ILR which will come as a huge relief
So technically I think he can apply from around 7 September, but we're actually away with my folks in Greece until Monday 16th, so we'd like to get the application in later that week. I believe it's £2,885 (no additional biometrics fee), and you can opt to pay an extra £500 for 1 week turnaround (tempted), or £1000 for 24/48hour turnaround (less tempted).
I've tried to pull together a list of what we'll need to submit from other threads and t'internet.
My passport (sponsor)
Tre's passport
Tre's BRP (he still has a card)
Sponsor declaration (not sure what this needs to say? - is it just part of the online procedure like before?)
Life in the UK test reference number
7 months of bank statements stamped in branch, showing earnings of £18,600+. This will be easier for me as Tre changed jobs recently. Being paid monthly this will therefore probably go back to cover pay dates at the end of Aug, July, June, May, April, March and Feb.
Payslips with net figures to match the ban statements - my job has payslips available to download only, but I assume that's ok as I'll also have:
Letter from employer, to verify gross pay figure for the above months (to be dated within 28 days of online application).
Latest mortgage statement (Apr 2024 I think)
Latest council tax bill (March 2024 I think)
Land registry document
Marriage certificate
Tre's divorce certificate
Cohabitation (3 different sources) - he got his FLR email 2 April 2022, so thinking something like:
June 2022
October 2022
Feb 2023
July 2023
November 2023
March 2024
July 2024
From other threads it looks like it will be fine to say 'been in UK for 4 years 11 months' when asked.
How is this looking? Anything that needs to go in, or could be removed?
Appreciate any guidance as always
Greg
