Hi all!
My husband is due to apply for ILR this year. His 5 years in the U.K. will be 26th April. Am I right that he can apply 28 days before this date?
I was also wanting to check, is it September - March payslips that we would use if we apply say, 1st April? I just want to make sure I’m submitting the right ones! I get paid on the 27th of each month.
And finally, I’m just wondering do I need to submit my bank role payslips too(also at my same company, with a separate pay number to my substantive role) or do I just use my substantive ones? I was just thinking as they’ll see two amounts going in some months that it may be worth mentioning but I don’t want to over complicate things either.
