Snow!
« on: January 24, 2005, 11:38:02 AM »
Well, a little tiny flurry - but we had snow nonetheless this morning!

But now the sun is shining and it's bitter cold but not snowing anymore... >:(

We had snow as recently as an hour ago, but the sun is out now.

It's feeling like snow here . . . again.  I just wish it would lay here long enough for them to cancel work.

It's snowing in Finsbury Park!
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

I had kids running into my office to let me know that it was snowing (no windows) but right now there are only blue skies...sigh.

No signs of snow whatsoever in Lewisham (south London). Sunny skies with a few clouds but freezing cold ... keep your snow in north London, ladies  :P

It was a 5 minute flurry and didn't even stick!  Now it's all blue skies.   >:(

Yeah, but at least down here this is supposed to be the warmest day this week!

When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

It's snowing in Finsbury Park!

Funny it didn't make it the couple of miles further south to Islington. We had a little sleet around 2pm yesterday but that was all.
