I was wondering if you had any insight/advice about what companies to use for doing a pre-purchase inspection (which is truly crucial when you buy a used car). Also, I'm looking for one that would be preferably willing to drive to where the car is located.
I've so far heard that the R A C does them, and there are a host of private firms do, like "carinspections.co.uk" etc. I'd like to use the Toyota dealer but they probably wouldn't journey to see the car.
Anyway, any advice you may have on who to trust or avoid would be appreciated.
