Wench! I was in the middle of typing you a congratulatory post last nigh on the weight loss and  got called away from the computer. My lovely daughter cancelled what I had typed so that she could check her e-mail! That naughty girl!
I wanted to mention that I bought the book that Sara recommended to me on this thread. I am starting it Monday morning! I hope I am as successful as the two of you!

Neat Melissa - and good luck. :)
And wench - those bars are goo-ood, IMHO, especially if you've gone long without sugar. Just don't eat to omuch or you'll be in the bathroom all day!!! :) :) :)

lol thanks for the congratz missy and thanks for the warning shel.  ;)

I've so far resisted the call of chocolate, but I'm gonna make pumpkin pie cheesecake later this week!  I got the recipe from atkins recipes on livejournal, and can't wait to give it a whirl.  I shall duly report back my findings.  ;D

go to www.atkinsfriends.com - to their recipe room, and make the cheesecake called Beachgirl's Cheesecake. (It might be in the recipe room, or it might be in the forum?) - I've made it several times and it is unbelievably gorgeous... my mom used to make it for Thasnkgiving & we just put strawberries on top. OMG. She (beachgirl) also has different flaors, including pumpkin pie... try 'em out. Yum ohmygod yum.
