But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

Fruit smoothies are a HUGE hit our house.  My blender will hold 3 pints and there's never a drop left.

The favourite seems to be:

1 fresh pineapple
1 can light coconut milk
2-3 bananas (adjust for desired thickness)
a handful of ice cubes to cool

OH....MY....GOD!! I'm buying a blender TODAY!! ;D

Thanks Cait. ;)

Tonight will be whole wheat penne pasta with fresh asparagus, chopped tomato, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan cheese.  With fresh strawberries on the side.  And a nice glass of Trinity Oaks Cabernet.  Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

Is it time to go home yet??  Darn - another two hours yet.

Wow, one of the best meals I've ever made!!!!

Thanks for the tips, I boiled for 5 minutes.  (Has anyone ever left the skin on?  I feel guilty taking the best part off!)

BBQ chicken, jacket potato and salad..
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…
