beeyotch.
I want that.  >:(

Come over!  Heh..  there's plenty.  :D  The perks to being single... I can have junk whenever I want it.
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

I cooked BBQ drumsticks and bought some onion bajis , guacamole , bacon and cheese potato skins ...got some beers and other drinks and packed it into the picnic basket...and TRIED to have a picnic/meal in the park . Had to pack it up and just have our meal in our back garden because idijts that can't control their fecking dogs ...2 just shoved their schozzles in our tupperware pot of food...they followed us down the path and the dumbarse woman didn't call them or even apologize ...grrr.
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

pork shoulder, cooked  in the slow cooker all day, with a jar of green salsa poured over it, then shredded, and served in flour tortillas with fried onions & melted cheese.

Whaaaaa?!?!!  That's what I had yesterday too! ;D  Only not in the slow cooker...roasted in the oven, minus the onions & cheese.  We've enough left for tomorrow night's tea though, so I'm gonna add to with some sour cream, cheese, maybe refried beans. :)

I don't normally do the low fat stuff, but accidentally bought the Chicken Tonight Country French low fat one once and we've been getting it ever since - very yummy!

Tonight - tex mex chicken in tortillas w/guacamole, soured cream & salsa, along with Mexican rice

Aimiloo's chicken and leeks, a salad and some sort of veg.  And no doubt yet another smoothie.  My boys adore them.

Something to do with lamb mince, because it's what I've got defrosting. Not sure exactly what though....

It's, er, that time of the month though and if it were up to me I'd have chocolate and a bottle of wine to numb the cramps.  ;)
