Hubby is back in the kitchen finally!  And he is making homemade pizza - yay!

Lucky you! I'd love some homemade pizza tonight--especially if someone else is making it! We're having pasta (as predicted) with a homemade sauce of tomato, pine nut, basil, etc (etc='whatever else I found in the cupboards that might kind of go'). Hope it works...!

Balsamic and chicory chicken ,wild rice, and lots of veg (carrots, broccolli, and asparagus)

We grilled again tonight!   8)   [smiley=chef.gif]  Grilled chicken with Nando's sauce, grilled potatoes and onions with some veggies for me!  LOVE Spring!

Morrocan fennel and apricot chicken (some fancy sauce I bought and am anxious to try) along with couscous and roasted cauliflower.

DH made us a stir-fry with chicken, savoy cabbage, green onions, chillies & I'm not sure what all else, with basmati rice.  Good thing too cos I was beat after running around all over town today shopping!
