Hehe! You are getting so clever at this!  ;)

Tonight it's chicken fajita wraps.
Last night was barbecue chicken breasts with baked beans and corn on the cob.

Vegetable lentil barley soup and wholemeal bread. Maybe some red wine after. Or a hot chocolate.

Is this from that WW blog you told us about? Because I saw that and it looked really good. Let me know how it comes out!  :)

I made a whole roast chicken since they were on offer for £2.  Having rice and steamed broccoli, corn, and carrots with it.  I'll probably be getting creative with the leftovers for the rest of the week since it's just me eating it...

Pear cider, a mini toad in the hole platter, and a brownie, with more pear cider through out the meal.  I came back with about a gallon of cider in me.  Mrs. R would be so proud.  ;D

Ha believe it or not, I just made it up.  Cut up 5 carrots, 1 large sweet potato, an onion, a garlic clove, and a knob of ginger. Cooked in veggie stock, when soft, whirled it up! It actually came out great.

Awesome!  I'm going to try it.  My adhoc soup recipes never seem to come out right.

One of the lovely boys visiting is making a lovely (if very late, even in CA) tea of Roasted Pork Tenderloin, yummy risotto and salad.  The other one has promised homemade curry tomorrow night.  Best guests ever!   ;D
