I made such a good bacon wrapped spicy meatloaf last night, with steamed broccolli, spinach and I invented (?!) some leek fritter thingys that were delish! I sauteed leeks until soft in a little olive oil + butter with garlic and black pepper, took them off heat and into a mixing bowl, added milk, flour and an egg, then just dropped into a hot pan and crisp fried them, they were lovely
