Are they the ones from that WW blog? If so, I'm gonna have to give them a try next week!  ;)

Yes! Try them!

Every time you post about making this, I think that sounds great, but it has broccoli so dh will never eat it.  ::)

She also has a recipe on there for chicken cordon bleu and ones with spinach and feta. I haven't tried either of those recipes yet. Here are the links!

I think DH is going to make curry - probably gobi aloo, because we have potatoes and cauliflower at the ready.  Just hope I have an appetite tonight...  :-\\\\

Although now that he's feeling like his normal self again, DH's appetite has come back with a vengeance so he probably will selflessly volunteer to eat most of mine too if I can't manage it.

See, stupid dh doesn't do veggies at all.  The first mention of something green and he's pulling a face (his veggie aversion is the bane of my existence).  However, the chicken cordon bleu looks like something he'd like.  I'll bookmark it and get the stuff for it in next week's shop!  Thanks!!!

Yum. What did you use for the seasoned breadcrumb? I'm scared of the breadcrumb here sometimes and usually use Ritz crackers, but they are a bit too calorific for the recipe, I suspect.  :-\\\\

I can get Progresso Italian-Style breadcrumbs here, so I use those. Ritz crackers would be alright. They might be calorific, but it's a low-cal recipe, so the extra from the crackers won't be too bad.

Lucky you! Yeah, I don't do the weird orange breadcrumbs here.  :-X

I didn't lose the will to live yesterday ;) so the bacon and tomato pasta was good. Tonight it will be something involving chicken breasts, mushrooms, onion, garlic, wine and eithe rice or noodles. Maybe a salad on the side.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I made my first ever homemade curry.  And it was delicious.  Who knew curry was so easy?  I feel like I've wasted so much money on something I can make easily at home.   :-X

I have a few good ways of making curry! It's WAY cheaper, and it's not full of fat like all the curries you can get around here are. :) Do you have the recipe?

Pork medallions with baby potatoes and green beans. Not too exciting... but it leaves me enough calories for mucho vino.  ;)
