We have a bunch in Leeds too.  (I'd offer to take you, Jewlz, when you come down, but one of the other people coming to see you for the day when you're here has a bad coconut allergy, so we usually give Thai food a miss for her not to be in any danger.  We'll see how the plans pan out & can play it by ear though.  :))

There have got to be Thai restaurants in The Toon!  I know it's a ways from you, but when you go down to see the girlies?  :)

Yeah, I should do that. Nando's is starting to become a tradition, but maybe I can break the habit.  ;)

Tonight we are having some roasted lamb leg steaks with roasted aubergine and courgettes and a Greek salad.

Actually, I'm gonna try to do a Mediterranean lamb bake recipe from the BBC with the lamb steaks, aubergine, courgettes, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese with a rosemary and garlic olive oil drizzle.

Hubby is making risotto & I saw leeks and bacon going into it.  We also picked some wild garlic yesterday so I think he might put that in as well.  :)

Pork and pepper kebabs marinated in yoghurt, lemon and garlic along with black beans topped with feta cheese. Trying something new.  :)
