Probably my chicken with creamy bacon penne again.  It's quick and we have people coming over.

some sort of mexican burrito or fajitas type thing. I'll make it up as I go along...
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

:D I love Lloyd!

I'm making a North African red lentil soup / stew with carrots and spinach.  We'll have it with cous-cous and falaffel if I can find some (Morrisons was out of it yesterday--not up to making my own today).

Veggie lasagna with green salad.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

It is so easy to make and so yummy!  But not very good calorie wise.
Tonight will be something with pork mince since that is what I pulled out of the freezer this morning.   :P

Spag bol with sauce I froze about 3 weeks ago.  So a lazy night for cooking really!  Crusty bread & red wine.  Maybe a spinach salad.
